  • Your recipient doesn't have to visit the bank because your money goes directly into the receiver's account.
  • You don't wait for the deposited demand draft to clear.
  • Your family doesn't have to visit agents or handle cash, which could be risky.

  • After the first transaction, your friend also gets Rs. 500/- in her/his account.

Simply put, the more you refer, the more you earn

  • It is important that your friend signs-up for our service by clicking on the link in the email that is sent by Remit2India. This is the only way we can link him or her back to you
  • In case you want to remind your friend on the phone or Facebook or chat, s/he has the option of entering your customer ID in the 'How did you hear about us' field while signing-up with us. This number is the first seven digits of any transaction reference number (RTRN) that you would have got for any transaction done through us. For example, if your RTRN is 1111111001, then '1111111' is your customer ID
  • You need to have a minimum balance of Rs. 500 in your MOR account for you to be able to redeem it against your next remittance transaction with us

Guaranteed Exchange Rate is the exact same rate you get that you see. In other types of transfers, the exchange rate applied is that which is valid on the day when your money is converted to Indian rupees. But when you choose Guaranteed Exchange Rate, you know exactly what rate you will get.
This is a useful option if you have a fixed rupee commitment in India like a loan EMI, property purchase, etc.

As the name suggests, this exchange rate is indicative. It means that it is the current exchange rate. For your transaction though, the exchange rate applied will be the exchange rate on the day your money is converted to Indian rupees. That rate may be a little different from the current or indicative exchange rate because the market keeps fluctuating. Depending on the market, you could get a slightly higher or marginally lower rate from the one you saw when you booked a transaction.

You can view the exchange rate for the day by using the Online Exchange Rate Calculator.

We keep updating the exchange rate during the day so that you always know the latest rate as per the market.
Market rates fluctuate as per the Indian markets and time. For you, it may reflect at different points of time on our website based on the location from which you access it.
Remit2India does not control or determine the market rate. This means that your actual rate applied could end up being more than the one you saw when you booked a transaction, if the market rate is favorable when your transaction is processed.
