ACH stands for Automated Clearing House. In the United States, the ACH Network is a highly reliable and efficient nationwide electronic funds transfer system used for inter-bank clearances of electronic payments. National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) governs this system. It's a great way to transfer money because the amount is directly debited from your account after you book a transaction. Clearly, that saves you time and effort.
Apart from the reliability and stability of a nationwide system, ACH transfer gives you many other advantages: You can schedule your regular payments like loan EMIs and insurance premiums, you can send money from not just one but many US bank accounts and it's totally online. There's no need to visit your bank at all. A one-time verification of your bank account makes sure that your details are safe and secure.
ACH operates only in the US; so you can send money only in USD
