Any wire transaction booked using guaranteed rate will be valid for 2 working days. Post booking the transaction, you need to submit a transfer request to your local bank and instruct them to initiate a same day transfer before 1 PM EST. If you are qualified for Instant Transfers then the same shall be offered to you as default. You can currently send maximum of USD 3500 per transaction under Instant Transfers offering.
Any cancellation request will not be entertained after the expiry of 30 minutes from booking of Instant Transfers transaction. Transaction cancellation request can only be done by logging in to your Remit2India account and initiating the cancellation by clicking the cancel link in the transaction details page of the respective 10 digit remittance reference number in the "Track Transaction" section. On receiving the cancellation request from you, if we have not disbursed it to the recipient, only then the funds shall be refunded back to your source bank account.

Is there any chance of my transaction getting delayed even after successful verification of bank account while booking Instant Transfers?
Under Instant Transfers, transferring funds faster to your receiver’s bank account is our primary objective. However, this shall be subject to transaction successfully meeting the compliance policies and procedures of our remittance facility. The processing of your transaction may get delayed if it does not meet our compliance procedure. As a healthy practice we expect that all the information provided by you during the process of registration, KYC, ACH bank account addition, receiver addition, transaction and instant account verification are correct and that there has been no history of negative event against any details provided. We expect that you maintain sufficient balance in your bank account before booking the transaction.

Remittance Reference Transaction Number or RTRN is a unique number displayed on your screen at the time of booking your remittance. You need to refer to the RTRN in different situations. You get to know the exact status of your transfer by simply clicking on your RTRN on our Status Tracker. Whenever you write mails to us about your transfer, you can just specify the RTRN to know everything about your transaction. If you send a wire transfer to the bank via your local bank, you need to fill in your RTRN on the Remittance Confirmation page. As the name suggests, this exchange rate is indicative. It means that it is the current exchange rate. For your transaction though, the exchange rate applied will be the exchange rate on the day your money is converted to Indian rupees. That rate may be a little different from the current or indicative exchange rate because the market keeps fluctuating. Depending on the market, you could get a slightly higher or marginally lower rate from the one you saw when you booked a transaction
